All prices displayed on the website are in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
For international orders:

• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

5. Ordering & Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us.
An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to:

7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer local and international shipping options. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import charges.
• Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and/or customer depending on the selected shipping option.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Return conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the claim.
• Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be issued accordingly.

  Please note:

• For cosmetic products, returns for reasons other than defect (e.g., “I changed my mind”) are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers outside Lebanon are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local regulations in their country.
